Ingredients
- 1 MI-DEL® Graham Style Pie Crust
- 1/2 cup Chatfield's® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- or 1 3.5 oz Chatfield’s® Organic Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tsp milk
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat milk to a simmer.
- Add chocolate & marshmallows stirring until smooth & creamy.
- Set aside to cool. In a bowl beat heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Once chocolate mixture is completely cooled gently fold in cream until well blended.
- Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
