- 1 tbsp coconut oil , for frying
- 2 large tortillas (grain-free or whole wheat)
- 6 tbsp Chatfield's® Carob Chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Powdered sugar , for topping, optional

- In a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt a tbsp of coconut oil. Place tortillas on skillet and cover ½ of each tortilla with carob chips.
- Melt carob for about 4 minutes. Once carob is melted to the point where chip formations are barely visible and tortillas have achieved a golden-brown color, add a handful of marshmallows. Fry for another minute.
- Remove s’mores tortillas and fold each in half.
- Dust with powdered sugar (optional) and serve immediately.
