Frozen Yogurt Bark
Lightly sweetened yogurt gets studded with carob chips and fresh fruit for a better-for-you dessert. (Once frozen, breaks apart just like chocolate bark!)

Ingredients
- 24 fl. oz. plain full-fat or dairy-free yogurt
- 1/3 cup Chatfield's® Carob Chips
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sliced fresh fruit
- MI-DEL Organic Apple Cinnamon Animal Cookies

Instructions
- Pour yogurt into a medium-sized bowl. Use full-fat yogurt to ensure the creamiest bark possible.
- Mix in honey, vanilla extra and Chatfield's Carob Chips to yogurt. Set aside honey to drizzle on yogurt mixture once in pan.
- Add choice of sliced fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
- Pour yogurt mixture into a sheet pan and evenly spread. Place additional fruit toppings and MI-DEL Organic Apple Cinnamon Animals Cookies on top of yogurt. Drizzle extra honey on top.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until very firm.
- Break into chunks by hand, or, use a knife or cake cutter to create uniform pieces. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Freeze airtight between sheets of parchment paper for up to 1 month.
