Cupcake Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, Chatfield’s Cocoa Powder and salt, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Add the flour mixture, milk and sour cream, beating well.
  6. Place cup liners in a muffin pan and fill 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool before frosting.
Frosting Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Add in the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Frost cupcakes and serve.
