Ingredients
- 3/4cup all-purpose flour
- 1cup sugar
- 5tbsp Chatfield’s® Carob Powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray 8×8″ pan.
- Combine wet ingredients by stirring with a spoon.
- Stir dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients until well blended.
- Place in an 8×8 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
